The FNSDMME-2026 is a national event organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Science and Technology of Oran Mohamed-Boudiaf (USTO-MB). It gathers scientists, engineers, academics and industry professionals to exchange knowledge, present recent developments and explore future directions in metallurgy and materials engineering. The program includes thematic panels on Metallurgy, Mechanics & Simulation, Innovative Materials and Industrial Processes, with sessions on physical metallurgy, heat and thermochemical treatments, powder metallurgy, fluid–structure interaction, numerical structural analysis, fracture mechanics and fatigue, composites and polymers, ceramics and glasses, smart and biomedical materials, manufacturing and forming, NDT and welding, and corrosion protection. The event supports both in-person and online participation. Papers may be presented in English or French.
