The urban planning department and the OVAMUS laboratory of the architecture and urban planning institute of Blida 1 University are pleased to announce the organization of the 1st international symposium on urban planning “Cities and territories in the making: challenges, issues and tools for a successful transition”.
This scientific event aims to bring together different specialists in urban production around the question of the future of cities. Opening the debate on the tools, approaches and skills needed to materialize a successful transition.
A round table will also be organized to discuss the teaching of town planning and its contribution to the training of architects and town planners, as well as the exercise of these professions.
Various well-known specialists will lead the two days of the symposium.
